Manage Your Maintenance App Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the My Maintenance Solutions maintenance service provider application (the "App"),
you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Accounts

2.1. You must create an account to access certain features of the App.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
2.3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the App.

3. Services

3.1. The App facilitates the connection between users seeking maintenance services ("Users") and service providers ("Providers").
3.2. My Maintenance Solutions does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or availability of services provided by Providers.
3.3. Users and Providers are solely responsible for their interactions, contracts, and agreements.

4. Provider Obligations

4.1. Providers must provide accurate information about their services and qualifications.
4.2. Providers must deliver services in a professional and timely manner.
4.3. Providers must maintain appropriate licenses, permits, and insurance as required by law.

5. User Obligations

5.1. Users must provide accurate and complete information about their service needs.
5.2. Users must communicate any special requirements or conditions to Providers.
5.3. Users must make payments for services according to the agreed terms.

6. Payments

6.1. Payments for services are conducted through the App's payment gateway.
6.2. My Maintenance Solutions may deduct a service fee or commission from the total payment.
6.3. Refunds and disputes related to payments will be handled in accordance with the App's refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content and materials on the App are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2. Users and Providers retain ownership of their respective content uploaded to the App.
7.3. Users and Providers grant My Maintenance Solutions a non-exclusive license to use their content for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy

8.1. My Maintenance Solutions collects, stores, and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8.2. Users and Providers consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. My Maintenance Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App or services provided by Providers.
9.2. Users and Providers assume all risks associated with their interactions and use of the App.

10. Termination

My Maintenance Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

12. For Customers

12.1. The full payment needed to be made by the customer before booking any of the listed services within the MYM application.
12.2. There will be an urgent service charge if you want to book and need service within 48hrs.
12.3. If customer cancels the job 24hrs before it has been scheduled then there will be no charges and payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
12.4. If a customer mark the service as completed, no further changes can be made to the booking. Any services beyond that point requested by the customer will incur extra charges and has to be booked through MYM platform.
12.5. If a customer choose to get additional services without booking through the MYM app after completion of booked services, MYM Solutions will not be responsible for any damages.
12.6. If customer cancels any urgent booked service (booked within 48hrs), an admin fee will be charged and rest of the amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
12.7. If customer cancels the service within 5hours remaining for the job, an admin fee will be charged rest of the payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
12.8. If a customer tries to exchange any contact details with service provider, MYM Solutions will not be responsible for that service and have all the rights to suspend or block a customer’s account.

13. For Service provider

13.1. If a service provider tries to exchange any contact details with customer, MYM Solutions will not be responsible for that service and have all the rights to suspend or block service providers account.
13.2. Service provider are expected to deliver a great service to meet the customer needs with one month warranty on service provided to the customer for any service(applicable on services like plumbing, electrical, mechanic, gas, tinting, home security, garage doors etc. and services like cleaning, glass, handyman, A mere and movers, painting, grouting, landscaping, etc. are excluded from warranty). If the delivered services have any defects then the service provider needs to fix it to maintain the standards of the platform.
13.3. Service provider must have insurance to cover any damages that can occur during the job. Any damages done outside of schedule and without getting a booking from the MYM app, cannot be claimed under your insurance as part of MYM services.
